Create a hidden copy of email sent to undeclared BCC (blind carbon copy) recipients.

Email sent to recipients using email’s BCC addressing is copied to a preconfigured email address (audit). The audit address will receive one notification email for each BCC recipient. Each notification will contain the original message sent. The plugin will apply to all emails sent regardless of the platform, ex. desktop, web or mobile.

Example usage

Internal intrigue

Mary sends email to VP, Bill with a blind copy (Bcc) to Bill’s secretary, Samantha. Bill receives Mary’s email. Samantha receives the blind copy. However, because of an mxHero rule, CEO, James also receives a copy of the email indicating who sent the email, who was blind copied and the message contents.

External intrigue

Max sends an email to Chief Engineer, James. Max includes a blind copy to an external address (outside the company). mxHero copies the hidden email to an audit address.
